I was saddened on hearing of the breakup of Danity Kane as I am a hugh fan of theirs and even have their two albums, Danity Kane and Welcome to the Dollhouse. I can only hope that reunite like most groups do after a spilt. Their music is great and they deserve another shot at being a group like all groups do. I can understand that they have insecurity issues and such as I have the same kind in my life, but spiltting up as a group is not the answer. However, in the end, this is their decision and not mine. As I said before, I hope that one day that they resolve their issues and reunite as a group; when they sing together, they're awesome!!!! My life partner and I enjoy their music and their videos very much, but their song Damaged typically describes both of us before we got together. That song was he main reason that he and I got together in the first place, but at the same time it describes these young ladies' situation with their insecurities. Most people go through a lot of insecurities in life and I can only hope and pray that the young ladies can resolve theirs and reunite.
After all, it would be a shame if they lost the chance to reunite and make beautiful music together. Their voices are so beautiful and, mind you, this is coming from an "out and proud" gay man who has been "out and proud" for almost 20 years. GOOD LUCK TO THESE YOUNG LADIES IN CLAIMING THEIR CHANCE TO REUNITE AND MAKE MORE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC TOGETHER. YOUR FANS LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHAT, ESPECIALLY FROM MY PARTNER ROY AND I.
